This is Nicole    

 We have updated Nicole's look! Nicole is a chemical engineer!  I know it's hard to believe. She has both beauty and brains!  She also is just as beautiful in the inside as she is in the outside.  These first photos are the ones taken a few months ago (just before spring). We started with going lighter and fewer with the highlites to create more of a contrast because she had been extremely blonde.  You can see we put alot of dark underneath and quite a few through the top and bang area.  This was to move her in the direction of going darker. The trend heading into summer was less blonde and more chocolate. Now moving into fall and winter we will start to see chocolates and deep reds through the top and bottom with blonde going through the center peaking through slightly or dramatically whichever the client prefers to see.  Nicole has such great style and loves to make changes with her hair. She's great with taking care of it at home to keep it in good condition and I do my part while she's in the salon.  Your partnership with your stylist is an important one. You both have a responsibility in keeping the hair healthy. I'm very fortunate to have amazing clients/friends. There is not one that I don't look forward to seeing!

In photos numbered 1-5 you can see how we colored the hair the opposite of the first photos above them. These photos show the deep, dark red, on the top and bottom and the blonde showing through the center.

In photo 1 we created separation to show more blonde coming through from underneath.

In photo 2 we pulled back the top layer to show what the center looks like under the top layer.

In photo 3 we allowed it to shake and lay as it would naturally, which shows blonde peaking through. As it moves and shakes where the blonde shows through will keep shifting. That makes it alot more fun to wear!

In photo 4 we are just showing the back view of that same look.

In photo 5 we are showing a front view to focus more on the bang area. We cut more of a blunt, full bang with just a very slight fringe on the edges.

As we go farther down in photos, you can see Nicole's hair has grown another 3-4 inches! We are muting her blondes a little and also the reds with chocolates to change up her look.

Now we are adding more foils again (fall 2009) to brighten the blonde and create more dimention also adding a little red and deepening her chocolate. Showing the straight look & with big loose curls!

Recently (Jan 2010) we went brighter with the blonde & more dramatic with the red (photos coming)

Most recent (March 2011) Still growing and getting longer. Added more shattered layering & toned down the blonde, got rid of the chocolate and intensified the red !
