Born & raised in the Midwest, Vanessa has been in the beauty industry since 1990. Vanessa has specialized in hands-on hair coloring and up styling techniques. Vanessa has also educated salon staffs in motivation, technical training, and client retention. Her passion for the professional beauty industry and education are her driving force and she loves people and to be able to share that passion with others. Her experience includes Sassoon technical haircutting, extensive advanced color training from Milan, Italy's finest colorists,  Martin Parson’s Upstyling techniques, stage platform and in-salon education, salon trainer, along with a lot of motivation!
